In very good condition, Early 1960s model Louis Poulsen PH5 pendant lamp.
Refurbished in 4 shades from orange to yellow. The anti glare rings rings are light blue.
Indications of age: the most striking feature is the spring mechanism of the fitting, which was only used in the early 1960s and dates back to the 1930s when it was applied in other Louis Poulsen models. Furthermore, steel threaded studs, which later became copper and brass, and the beautiful ball-head bolt, which later became a Parker screw. In the old models, the lower part, like the rest of the lamp, is still made of aluminium, this later became a steel shade.
Dimensions: Ø 50 cm, 28 cm high, porcelain E27 lamp fitting, approx. 200 cm fabric-wrapped power cord.
