Do you have a showroom? No, i only have a workshop.
Can I collect? Yes you can, but within 3 days. (> shoppingcart > shipping > collect 0,00)
Where are you located? See the contact button.
Can i have a color code? No, my colors are special recipe.
Are your lamps original? Yes, they are, except they are refurbished.
Do you make custom made? Most of the times i can. That will be discussed.
Can you repair or refurbish my lamp? Send photo's, and i'll tell you.
Can I return? In some cases, read conditions below.
It is possible to cancel your order and receive a refund under the following conditions:
*The photos in the advertisement do not match the product received.
*The dimensions in the advertisement differ significantly from the product received.
*The product shows damage that was not communicated in advance.
*The product was damaged during transport.
*The product is missing (only with insured shipping and only for the insured amount).
In addition, you will receive a refund if your order is cancelled by me (for example after a problem has been reported).
*Is the purchased item not the right size, color, or is it not your style? Unfortunately, I cannot offer a refund in that case.*
I recommend that if you have any doubts about the condition, color or appearance of the product, you always request additional photos from me. In most cases I can also send color samples on request.
Custom made items, made to your preferences can not be returned.
You can return within a period of 14 days, But you must return the lamp in its original condition as on the photo's on this website. Make sure you pack it in the way you have received it, with the same packing material and sturdy box. If not, and the item is damaged, I will return the item to you and i will not refund.
Return costs are at the buyer's expense. Except damaged during transport.
